- Agreed it was good event, people had fun. Christian, John & Andre did a great job of pulling it together.
- Over the year a ‘How To’ guide has been created and this should help with future event planning.
- General consensus is that we will do it again next year, but final decision to be made in Feb/March.
- Attendees are maturing, and this is more of an in/out event. Need to be efficient in use of time before/after event.
- Total money raised is around $3,000, pending final receipts for a few items.
- Future fundraising add-ons (raffle, money tree, silent auction, etc.) to be reviewed by 2025 Golf Committee.
- Someone needs to get Dan Reitz to STFU.
- Current bank balance is around $9,000. In keeping with goal of $5,000 in carryover cashflow, the below $4,000 was allocated.
- The below items were motioned and agreed by board present, as well as the owner of the event.
- Independence Hall: $1,750 (Andy, T-Man, Davis)
- PSU Turkey Gift Card Donation: $250 (Andy, Tony)
- Boulder Point Turkey Dinner: $1,000 (Christian, John, Andre)
- Holiday Party After Independence Hall: $800 (Andy)
- Homecoming: $200 (Christian, John, Andre)
- Christian/John to get any final 2024 golf receipts/reimbursements over to Tony ASAP. (Money Tree/Donuts)
- Owners of 2024 Charity and Spending items to drive these events/items forward.
- John to get with Brian Davis to talk about work involved to run Super Bowl squares.
- Andy to schedule Board meeting in Feb/March for formal 2025 planning.
