Board Meeting Agenda
  • Golf Recap
    • Event was good, attendance lower, but still made $3,900.
  • Financial Review
    • Per Tony's last e-mail, account balance with proceeds from golf is about $9,000.
  • Charitable Donations:
    • Plymouth State Thanksgiving
      • PSU is mailing gift cards, Kathy Tardiff is no longer at PSC.
      • Based on above, this will be last year of donating.
      • Agreed to donate up to $750
      •  Andy to contact PSU and confirm need and arrange for payment.
    • Blue Star Mothers
      • Agreed to donate $250
      •  Andy to get donation details to Tony.
    • Independence Hall
      • Agreed to spend up to $1250 for food and gifts
      •  Andy to contact Independence Hall to coordinate.
    • Boulder Point Thanksgiving
      • Veteran's home in Plymouth, Christian and Andy met with Program Manager.
      • Hosting a Thanksgiving meal would be great per Program Manager.
      • Budgetary quote from Common Man is about $600 for the dinner.
      • Targeted date will be November 20th, 1:00 p.m.
      • Agreed to spend up to $1000 food, drinks, paper goods.
      •  Andy/Christian to coordinate with Boulder Home contact.
    • Heating Oil for Veteran Family
      • Brian Smith suggested we may sponsor a veterans heating oil for winter with leftover funds.
      • Brian Smith to do some research.
      • Agreed to revisit at next meeting in January.
 
  • New Business:
    • Poker Event
      • Agreed to revisit at next meeting in January.
    • Superbowl Squares
      • Agreed to do this again.
      •  Brian Davis to run point.
    • Holiday Party
      • Targeted for Sunday afternoon after Independence Hall.
      • Agreed to spend up to $500 on food/drinks.
    • Veterans Day Ceremony
      • The actives will be speaking at the Veterans Day ceremony on November 10th at 11:00 a.m.
    • Vintage Beta Jacket
      • Brian Smith has a vintage Beta jacket.  He has agreed to mail it to the actives to hang on wall.
      •  Brian and Christian to coordinate shipping details.
