Board Meeting Agenda & Meeting Notes

• Meeting Commenced: 7:00 p.m. EST
• 2024 Year End Review
  • Thanksgiving Giveback at Boulder Point
    • Good event, great feedback.  All agreed to continue event.
  • Christmas Function at Independence Hall
    • Another good event.  Agreed to continue event.
    • Need to monitor participation from kids with gifts, but the dinner portion is still much appreciated.
  • IBY Holiday Party
    • Largest turnout in a few years, agreed to continue event.
• Financial Review:
  • Current balance in bank is ~ $5,000.
  • Same place we are typically at this year.
• Golf Event:
  • Date provided by Derryfield is 9/12/2024.
  • Christian/John are running event this year.
  • Several teams already registered, and fundraisers are moving forward.
  • Some adjustments, the jersey will go to a 50/50 raffle.
    •  Action:  Board to help drive participation.
    •  Action:  Actives to provide update at event, possibly during dinner.
    •  Action:  Somebody to put reigns on Dan Rietz to prevent him from grabbing microphone.
• Board Elections:
  • Jeff Leclerc Resignation
    • Jeff submitted an official request to resign from the BoD.
    • He expressed gratitude for his time, but other conflicts just prevent him from participating.
    • He still plans to attend events and help when he can.
    • Board voted unanimously to accept his resignation in good standing and to extend a thank you to him for his support over the years.
